Best Blue Eyeliner

Always fancied the idea of wearing blue liner but been a tad afraid? Well now is the perfect time to try it! Sometimes all it takes is getting used to something new. I love the blue eyeliners from Nars. If choosing a pencil then the texture of the pencil is key. It should be soft so that it won't drag on your skin. If using a gel liner then the correct brush is key! Sweep this across your lids to add a little instant glamour, correcting fat edges with a cotton bud.
